In Mathew 1:21 the angel told Joseph that Mary, “will give birth to son, and you are to give him the name Jesus because he will save his people from their sins.”
The angel told the shepherds “Do not be afraid. I bring you good news of great joy that will be for all the people. Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; he is Christ the Lord.” (Luke 2:10-11)
In Acts 4:12 the Bible says, “Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to men by which we must be saved.”
Jesus Christ came to save us by shedding his blood on the cross.
Hebrews 9:22 states, “...without the shedding of blood there is no forgiveness.” You may sacrifice a sheep every year in Eed Al-Adhaa, and remember that when God asked Abraham to sacrifice his son, God provided a great ram to redeem Abraham’s son. This great ram is a symbol of Jesus Christ.
Step 1: Believe in Jesus Christ as your Savior.
Step 2: Come to Him and repent of your sins. Ask him to forgive you and change your heart. Pray a simple prayer with all your heart.
Step 3: Read the Bible daily and connect with a church in your community. If there is no church in your town, contact a Christian website to guide you and answer your questions.
